no power...Please Help I want to fish

My 1987 120hp johnson vro has no power it starts right up but it sounds like it is starving for gas does anybody know what might be the cause of this. I pumped the ball up while on but still runs crappy please help

I'm no mechanic but I have 140 VRO (1985)that seams like it's not running as smooth as it should.<br />Check for water in your tanks. Mine had a ton of the stuff. Same symptons- starts right up- dies in gear.
