miss. river docks?

does anyone know where i can find a guide to the transient docks along the mississippi river, such as what amenities are available? am building a sternwheel paddleboat to cruise river upon retirement. need to know the good spots to stop and reload supplies, as well as sites to see and such. also any liveaboard advice is greatly appreciated.
