I replaced the water pump on my 1990 60 hp evinrude but the alarm still has alow level buz when it is running

A low volume buzz from the warning horn is usually a bad oil level sender inside the VRO oil tank. Trace the wires from the sender to the motor and disconnect them to see if the sound disappears. If it does, then either watch the oil level often or pay about $70 for a new pickup assembly.

Also check your thermostat it can become stuck open or closed and not allow water to circulate properly in the head even though the tale tail is pissing.
