I need to get more power out of my 73 135HP Evinrude alternator. Right now I am below the current 6/10 unregulated, but soon I will need more . The 76 150hp has a 35amp regulated stator on it, will this fit? how about a newer V4's stator?
SystemF,<br /><br />You are outta luck.<br /><br />The higher amp alternator setups on the newer engines are TOTALLY different and some of them are water cooled.<br /><br />No retrofit. Sorry!
