needhelp,

More than likely you are running on only one cylinder. Or, one cylinder is doing most of the work.

Remove the spoark plugs and examine them. They will probably not look the same.

If one is wet and oily, the other dry, you may have an ignition problem on the wet cylinder.

On the other hand, you may have a carburetor problem on the dry one.

The easiest way to check for an ignition problemn is:

1. Start the engine on the "muffs".

2. Remove one spark wire at a time. Does one "kill" the engine? If so, that's the one that is working. Does the other one have spark at all? If not, you have a problkem with that one. More than likely a coil. Switch the coils around and see if that changes which cylinder is working.

If you have good spark on both, you more than likely have a clogged carburetor jet. That will require a COMPLETE dismantling of the carbs. for cleaning and installation of new carb. kits.
