I have a 1985 Evinrude 25 horse. It ran fine one day. The next time I tried it, it was hard to start and did not run very smoothly. After I shut it off, it would not start. I got it started again and died as I was going across the lake. I cannot get it started now but it will pop sometimes through the exhaust. I put new spark plugs in, has good spark. I put gas in cylinder but it doesn't fire. <br /><br />Any help would be appreciated - thanks.
