First let me say that I have picked up alot of great info. from these forums. I have a 1965 Johnson 90h w/electronic shift. I just changed the impeller and now am having problems puttin the gearcase back on. I have a Clymers manual, but it seems vague with what I'm experiencing.<br /><br /> Just so you will know I have searched and found limited answers on these forums and I'm still stumped! It seems the gear shaft is the culprit. I put it in forward gear before removing the gearcase and I just can't seem to get the shaft back into position. [leaves about a 2 inch gap between case and extension] <br /><br /> Any suggestions would be appreciated. Again thanks in advance and have a great day!
