I just bought a used sea nymph and took it out for a run for the first time today. It runs OK but it won't go any faster than about 13 MPH, about 2200rpms on the tachometer. I checked the linkage and it appears to be intact without any slippage. I just replaced the plugs and they are the same brand and model as old ones. The prop is not showing any damage. The trim seems to work normally.
