Winterizing water/plumming system

I have a new (new to me) Silverton 322. With past boats, I've winterized the plumming lines by simply cycling non-toxic antifreeze through the system. I'm considering NOT doing that with this boat. Rather, I'm thinking about blowing out the water with an air compressor. I'd like some advice on how best to do this. Do I simply unplug the output line from the fresh water pump and hook up an air compressor hose, open up all faucets (there are two heads/sinks, plus the galley sink and swim deck shower) and blow air until it seems everything's out (after running the pump first until everything drains the normal way/run out of water)? Also, how would I keep it from running buck up through the two toilets, which are vacuflush units that use the fresh water holding tank? Lastly, do I simply open up the release valve on the hot water tank? Thx very much for any advice/experience.
