Motor was running fine one day. The next day when I went to start it up, it would only stay running if the choke was on all the way. As soon as I take the choke off even a little, the motor dies. I cleaned the carb out, but that did not seem to help. Not sure where to look next???

check your promer bulb and fuel line. Does your bulb stay hard while you are running. Can you pump the primer bulb instead of choking it to keep it running. You may just have a bad fuel line. If this engine sat for a period of time before you ran it it could have some trash in the high speed jet. Clean it perfectly. Good luck.

Fireman 757 you were right on the money. The motor had sat for a little while and the high speed jet was partly clogged. I cleaned the carb out good and blew it out with the air compressor. The motor run good now.

Thanks
AK Dillon
