I have a 1970 Johnson 60hsp outboard motor, elect shift. The lower unit has a crack. Can this be welded in any way and do any of you know a good place to look for a lower unit?<br />Thanks<br />Rick

That depends where the crack is. If it is at the skeg there is no problem.
