Cross threaded head, 77 Johnson 35hp

Well I really did it this time, while checking the compression of my motor I inadvertently crossthreaded the top sparkplug hole. My question is can this be repaired with a heli-coil or should I just replace the entire head assembly. Thank you for any help

You could use a heli coil.... I would replace the head simple easy task :p
