I just bought a fish n ski I think 1987 with an Evinrude XP150. (E150STLCUR Model #: Serial number R1498673.) There is no port on the injector going to carbs to inject decarbonizer (OMC tune up) so I suspect never done. I am afraid of VRO this old and want to remove. How do I do this? I also want to replace water pump and the VRO appears to be blocking access to rod to transmission. What do I plug and remove and how please? I do not mind mixing my own. Also, this thing does not want to idle but runs great? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
