I'm having problems with this engine. It starts with absolutlly no problems
and anything up to half throtle It can handle. But if you try to drive it aggresivelly
it will die on you after only a few minutes. I think it running too rich since after doing this
the spark plugs are ussually wet and sowhat dirty. How do you adjust the
fuel intake on these engines? Is it a wise thing to do?

Oh OK. Thought it might be a 2 HP. Lol!

Sounds like it might be losing spark if the plugs are wet. A simple test would be to hook up your timing light to it and see if you lose spark thus causing it to shut off.

How long do you have to wait before it fires up again? Does the bulb stay hard?

Good luck!
