having problem with motor not opening up once in the water. just put on new 13 pitch prop. carbs where rebuilt,new fuel pump, new plugs. still not opening up once at lake. they fuel primer bulb is going soft when opening up throtle. stay hard when trolling. and can anyone tell me what they mix ratio i should be using they guy i boat this from said 50to1. the motor is a 1985 70hp johnson elpto it is oil injected but it was removed.
