If the exhaust plates on the Sea Drive are flat like yours it will fit. I seem to remember the 1AB being the 2.6 litre which is different than your motor (2.5). The exhaust manifold is much larger than yours and the exhaust exits in a totaly different place. If the 1AB is a 2.6 you could use it if you put it's adaptor plate and tuner in your motor. If the 1AB is a 2.5 like yours you will want to use the heads off of your 150S.Good luck!
