Dont know anything about the pressure in the vacuum-pump, but there must be a users-manual, or service-manual with desciptions of these things. Is'nt there someone that has a drawing and/or descrition of the fuel-pump, so that we can disasseble and rebuilt the ****ed thing ?

Fuel pressure at idle should be 3 psi. Crankcase pressure 5/7 psi. If VRO, did you check the pulse hose?

It is a VRO engin yes. Can you tell me what a "pulse hose" is? Is it the hose that is coming from the oiltank and ends in the fuelpump?

The pulse hose is the hose from engine crankcase to fuel pump.
