I recently pulled the spark plugs on my 200hp Johnson Ocean Runner and found some moisture/water on the plug and it had some cream color to it. Can anyone give me an idea of the problem? It was only in one cylinder. Thank you.

Hi Jaker34, You didn't mention the year, but,My first guess would be a bad head gasket, Water leaking into the cylinder. Remove the cylinder head and check the gasket area.

It is water. In 1994 I had the same problem with my force 150. It was in the top two cylinders. Hopefully there isnt too much damage. I ended up rebuilding my power head. I do remember that white creamy stuff on the plugs though. It looked like silicone caulk. The top cylinder had lost nearly all compression also.

Good luck
Deerdog
