John
Your mixture will be 24:1 or approx 5 ounces oil to 1 gal gas. Below is a site that may interest you.

web page

The title says 18hp and 1955 as the year. I think something's amiss with the title. According to the number: 183021e02567 I reckon it's 18hp, but what about the year?

John
You have a 1963 18HP Evinrude. This can be confirmed at the site below. This is the 2nd site I have come up with a 1963 Model, along with the one I posted before. So I can only assume the title is incorrect. Your Model # is 18302.

marinshopen

The oil ratio for a 1963 engine is open for argument. In 1964, OMC went to advising a 50:1 ratio. But, the internals of the engines did not change.

If I were you, I'd use something between. The 24:1 is overkill.
