I have an older Fastwin 15hp or 18hp approx. 1950s, I am trying to start it but I get few puffs than that's it. I cleaned carbs, etc. but I don't know the settings for the 2 needle knobs (low and high idle). I tried from closed up to almost all the way open, I get gas flowing out of throat but no much more. I have sparks, but maybe I need to check timing.<br /><br />Any hints ?<br /><br />Thanks.<br /><br />Val
