No spark - Timer Base Part# 1983 Evin 200

I am looking for the part number for a Timer Base for a 1983 Evinrude 200. I have a problem with no spark on my #6 cylinder. I changed the stator, charge coils, plugs and wires but to no avail. It has been suggested it may be the timer base. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. Thanks.<br /><br />------------------<br />Flgonzo

I already figured out it was my powerpack and timer base that was bad. I swapped powerpacks from starboard to port and had same problem on opposite side. New powerpack in the mail. My timer base showed a high reading (28+) which was supposed to be in the range of 9-21. Fluctuated big time to 36+ when base was lightly tapped with handle of screwdriver. Definite short internally. Hope this info helps anyone with similiar problem.<br /><br />------------------<br />Flgonzo
