I have aproblem that I am hoping you can help me with. I have an Evinrude 200 v-6 motor that is misfiring in lower rt cylinder. It has spark but gets flooded. carb was rebuilt still the same problem. new spark plugs and wires. Could it be a power pack and what exactly is that?
