installing two battery switch

I recently bought a perko multi battery switch. it came without the paper work but it is new. i am wondering what is the proper way to hook this thing up. a schematic or something like that would be great. Idont want to burn up the motor or the boat. thanks

thanks alot Ralph. that really helps me out. Ikinda thought that was how to do it but wasnt sure. better to be safe than sorry. also the wife will be happy about not having a dead battery after sitting on the beach and listening to the tunes for a few hours. just switch batteries and start up and go then switch to both for the trip home andboth will be re charged, hopefully. sounds good in theory. thanks
