How do I check my connection under GPS head.<br />The top dome of the unit does not seem to come off. Do I pry this unit apart with a screwdriver? It seems like a press fit and I do not want to damage it.<br />Michael

Its a sealed unit. I'd say if you took it apart the warranty would be void, if you have a warranty.

Good luck getting it apart. It's glued together. You will most likely have to destroy it to get it apart. Trust me I have. Your just going to have to buy a new one.
