Hi,<br />i'm planning to build a housing for a gauge to mount on top of the dash. I'm not familiar with molding and gel coat so i have a few questions. I'm going to build a mould out of PVC pipe, because it needs to be round, what can i use as release wax? I've been searching this forum but i can't see anyting familiar, someone mentioned green wax, what's that? I have also seen silicone-free wax being used.<br />This construction does not have to be strong. After waxing the mould, can i use the gelcoat filler shown at this page http://www.western-marine.com/page76.htm to start with and then the glassfibre kit for laminating, found on the same page?<br /><br />Thankful for help,<br />Mattias
