Cutting Key Hole out for Sterndrive.

Any advice would be helpful. I don't even know what to ask are where to start on this one. The old transom is mulch. Can I use some sort of stencile or somthing. Does any one have any Idea on the measurements of the hole. Its a mech/alpha 1 gen 1 if that helps.

Use the Holes that's still in the Fiberglass,.....<br />After the Wood has been Reinstalled......

<br /><br />I put my plywood into the boat where it would be mounted. I then went outside and marked the plywood through the outdrive hole. Cut out the lines and put the plywood back into its place. This makes a good place to install "C"clamps to clamp the wood into place while your adhesive/resin cures.
