bought a 79 Bonita 18' Deep V and trailer for $150. some one had resurface the floor with 1/2" ply, was rotten, over old fiber glass deck. did demolition, and found stringers and transom in decent shape. foam not wet. how lucky can you get. will resurface and re glass the floor, put a motor on it, happy fishing.

Atta boy tashasdaddy! I have a 17’ deep V Bonito open bow. They are a sturdy nice riding boat, you gotta take it easy on the trim though, it gets squirrelly if you try to get to much boat outta the water, it likes to ride with the nose down. Some days the boat gets you other days you get the boat, it looks like it was your day, congratulations :cool:

i've got 2 in the front yard for sale, right now. plan on keeping this one, with a relative new engine.
