What happened to these boat projects?

1) The big wooden boat - about 30 - 40ft that was in deep grass. A red color, if I remember right. It was big. What happened to it? I have been browsing the forum looking for the original post with the pics but can't find it.<br /><br />2) The 15 or 16 foot boat being built from free plans from the 50's or 60's? A small cuddy style. I think the owner started cutting the wood, but haven't heard from them in a while.<br /><br />Next time someone starts a project I like, I'll have to save the post in my Favorites.

Mark the small cuddy you were thinking of was being built by Dave_jz. He had most of the frames cut and put together. He's on sabbatical from his boat building at the moment but i'm sure you'll see it back on here in time. :) <br /><br />Is this the one you were thinking of? <br /><br />

i'm looking at seababe also. was it ever finished? i'd love to see some pictures. has anybody else tried to build seababe?
