Can a 2013-2014 3.5 be converted to a fuel pump tank setup?

Having trouble handling the weight every time I go out w the Intex Mariner 4. It has to go on and off every trip

Nope, this one uses a gravity carb. The ones that uses fuel pumps are mounted on side of carb, used on other models than 2.5-3.5 HP.

I live on a lake w a rule against carrying gas cans
External fuel tanks are ok. Is there a way to pump fuel from the external tank into the integrated tank?

How about using a regular OB external tank and using the primer bulb on the hose to refill the internal tank?
Shouldn't take too long to pump a gallon or two into the internal tank, even faster if you hold the external tank above the motor and let it syphon after getting it started with the primer bulb.

I have a news external OB tank and hose. Can anyone think of a way to attach a fuel cap to one end that will fit the built in tank? That way I can switch over without a mess

There was once a vacuum-operated fuel pump option for the M3.5 2-stroke. I have installed them, and they work OK; they may still be available. Also, the newer 4-stroke MFS3.5B already has a fuel pump, because of the EPA-mandated pressure/vacuum fuel tank cap, so one could potentially connect a primer hose to that, but I can't advise making a non-compliant, and possibly dangerous setup; use your judgment.
