I have an old 3HP Minn Kota trolling motor. I am having trouble finding parts for it but MAY have found some on ebay. I'm not sure what I need though. I'm hoping if I describe what it was doing before I took it apart someone could advise?
Motor would run intermittently in both directions. But, made a kind of grinding sound. Sounded like a rough bearing. It was obviously laboring and not at full speed at all. It would finally quit. It would start again, go a few feet then stop again.
The Model is 3hp, serial number is mk01133065a
I do have a schematic from Minnkota if that will help.
