sorry I don't have pictures...got home too late. I bought a 15 foot fiberglass 1969 Pipestone? boat today, but the dash tag is nowhere legible. seems to be a deeper boat, but not too wide. I need to know how much HP can I can throw at it, and how much weight it can support? I know pictures would be best, but does anybody have any old Pipestone pictures for reference? the registration card has no Model on it. thanks

Info on Pipestone's newer than 1965 are not archived in the Fiberglassic library.. However, you could use this calculation to find modern HP ratings for your boat. You can safely add 10hp to these ratings for a motor manufactured prior to BIA/prop ratings ( FYI Merc and Evinrude/Johnson switched in different years )

I posted a pic to my avatar. it is a 15 foot outboard Pipestone-Mariner boat. so, as I have it figured, I can put a 90 or 100hp motor on this tub.
