I have a volvo penta 3.0 gs it starts and runs fine out of the water. But the last time i took it out the starter would not turn over. No clicks no nothing i had to hold the key for about 5 sec to get it to turn over. So i took it home and it starts just fine on muffs and running with a tub of water. I dont understand why it would be doing this!?
