93 invader Rivera floor

Hi there I'm looking for some help I just brought home a 1993 gw invader 220 Rivera deck boat the floor needs replaced along with the stringer boards any suggestions on how to tackle this do I need to split the top half off the boat? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to Iboats! To answer your question easiest way possible it will all depend on the extent of that soft deck. Boats rot from the bottom up so chances are you won't be just replacing the deck but rather removing stringers/foam/etc....then when you reinstall that easy said then done you will install a new deck.

Not saying a complete rebuild is necessary but please prepare for that worse case scenario.

Stop by the resto pages if you have not already and you will learn a ton about restos/rebuilding deck!
