I am repowering a 28 ' pontoon with a 2005 F115 four stroke and need longer harness. Cables are no problem, but don't want to splice in extension. Can you order new? And from where?

Unfortunately I don't think they sell them separately. You may be able to contact Yamaha directly for one. If that doesn't work out, you may have to buy a used set or like you said do the splice.

Contact you local Yamaha dealer ( I guess you are looking at a Yamaha motor)and ask for the part # of proper length , then punch that # into you web search engine to see what all comes up or just buy from them. They might make an extension cable, but I am not sure about that
