Hi, i had posted a thread about 3 weeks ago about one of my clinders not firing. I just tried to start it this morning, and im getting no spark in both cylinders. The only thing i have done to it was take it off the boat that is was on (planning on gettitng a new engine). i had to disconnect the ignition switch wires from the motor, which go to the key. i hooked up everything the right way, but now im not getting any spark. the engine will crank, but no spark on either of the 2 plugs. there are 2 wires that go from the motor to the key switch that are not hooked to anything. one of them is purple which goes to the tachometer that i disconnected. The other is a ground wire that comes from the engine block to the key switch. Could this be my spark problem, and if so, what should i ground it to?
