What is the operating temprature of a fully warm 2001 150 EFI at WOT under a normal load?

Something above 140*, and below 200*, I would think, depending on load.

Depends on lake temp and distance run as a Mercury will get hotter the longer the distance as block only hold about 2 quarts of water. Normal operation in 80? water is about 145-155?

Thanks guys. That's what I thought. We were in 78 degree water on Sunday, and it got a little too warm. It crept up to about 200 at WOT. We throttled it back and and let it cool down, and took our time getting back. New impeller and poppet valve time.
