My friend has a 25 hp Johnson not sure what model but he has having problems with it. It runs fine at idle and about quarter throttle but if you give it any more gas it acks like it starving for gas. He had replaced all gas lines from tank replaced primer bulb and rebuilt fuel pump. It seem to be getting plenty of gas to carb but its not getting enough to motor. The carb had been soaked and cleaned. Any ideas on what could be the prob.
