carb adjustment on 25 4 stroke

I looked through the parts diagram for my 2002 Merc 25 bigfoot, and there is no air adjustment screw. I figured it had to be hidden under a metal cap or something, but nothing showed on the diagram. My motor runs good, but vibrates at idle in or out of gear. It runs the same RPM with either plug wire off.
Any suggestions?
