bf 100 quits running at full throttle

I have a Honda bf 100 that starts and idles fine but after running on full throttle for a minute the motor quits running, already checked the carb, plugs, and the fuel pump, and all were fine. thinking it something electrical but don't know what isn't working. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful

Welcome to Iboats,

If all mechanical components are ok, could be any related electrical component that overheats/shorts and shuts engine down. Is the issue just found at wot, how about middle throttle for extended time period ?
