Water dripped out of screw holes in rebuilt transom MFG

My boat in Maine has holes in the transom

Not too sure what you are asking.... the transom having been rebuilt really has no bearing on the issue.... If it is in good condition IE no cracking and no flex then I suggest using a shop vac over the holes for a few minutes each to pull out as much water as possible and reseal all of them with 5200... ALL silicone must be removed first which means drilling the hole slightly bigger before sealing

I will be they have some water between the fiberglass outter skin and transom wood. If its solid seal it up with 5200 or marine epoxy and run it. I bet it is very minor.

No cracks, and no flex. Very solid but water coming up didn't really jibe with my plan of giving this whole boat a makeover, ie: new seats,paint, ect. The Stringers on MFG are fiberglass so I'm not worried about those. I drilled in another spot and it was dry.
