so, i bought a new fixer project. it is a 97 polaris slt780. it was dirt cheap so not much loss, yet. the biggest problem i am having is the cylinder and cylinder heads are completely missing, so no core to repair. im having a hard time finding any used ones. WHAT IM WONDERING. are any parts interchangeable with, say, a pwc 650 or 750. all three motors look almost identical. anyone know?

Re: pwc interchange parts

The bottom end of the motor(cases and crank) are interchangeable with both the 750 and 650 cylinders and heads. If you are desperate and not able to find the 780 jugs, I wouldn't go back any further in size than the 750.....

Where are you located??
