Yikes, is this the boat you've got this Johnson 150 on:
Help !! Johnson 150 vro problem poss fuel pump ??

What's that 15ft'r rated for?

Have you fully inspected the yet to ensure it's prepared for the 150? Drilling core sample holes from the inside into the transom is the only reliable way to do it.

Hi no sorry I just updated that post I sold that boat with ongoing problem ,

As I stay in Scotland and it rains most of the time and I enjoyed out on the water so much me and my mate bought this small fishing boat with cuddy so we can take kids out to when weathers not so good ,

Not knowing much about boats and not having a big budget we seem to have been done again previous owner not telling truth !

I have bought a 20hp yamaha long shaft to move us along slowly but surly !

Fill all the holes with marine epoxy then, drill the correct holes. Make sure you drill out the holes slightly so the epoxy has a fresh surface to bond to.
