One of two places, either of which can be located by following the little black tube from the back of the speedometer to the pitot (a separate plastic pickup at the stern) or to the outboard motor pitot fitting. If your boat has the separate pitot, it may be tilted up because it struck something. Flip it back down and go boating. It may also have broken off because you hit something. The tiny hole in either pitot may be plugged with debris. Clear it.
