Stringer Compatibility

I have a 77 Century (loving it) with an OMC 190 (302 V8) This is one of the OMC stringer outdrives, I need a new prop, and my selection seems really limited, is this outdrive compatible with any other as far as prop choices go? I can't even find a stainless choice for this outdrive (unless I'm looking in the wrong spots).

Any input is appreciated!

Re: Stringer Compatibility

As far as I know Michigan Wheel still makes aluminum 14x14 and 14x16 pin drive props for stringers. Other than that your best is eBay or look around locally for used ones. I've seen stainless steel ones on eBay frequently. Don't forget the OMC stainless props were all painted black not polished.

Good luck!

Excellent, I wouldn't have thought about eBay for something like this, I'll watch that. And yes, I found the Michigan wheel ones, and that was it.
