I split my thumb nail last year and it refuses to grow the crack out as the nail flexs and keeps the crack running so I thought of drilling a hole to stop the crack but it was suggested to use nail varnish instead. So I ask the wife and she pulls out some epoxy stuff that you paint on then set using a blue light box and its filled in the gap of my nail so im hoping that will stop the flex. Ok now you think im weird, im thinking that this is a toy that needs to be played with when shes not looking. Ive got all sorts of plastic things I can repair if I can work out how to get them in the UV light. The question is does normal boat epoxy react to the UV light the same way?
