Are there any threads out here for fabricating bench seats? Will begin demo of Larivee fiberglass 14' this wk. Already replaced transom that was rotten & outer skin cracked. Now that stern is a bit more sturdy, demo to begin on 2 bench seats, tiny deck, rotten stringers(also tiny). Never made bench seats before. I know the current ones were...I stress were framed out of some form of wood that now resembles mooshy powder. Glass alone may or may not be in that great of shape on benches either. Might have to start from scratch all together. Stringers & floor pretty straight forward as I just did same on similar Ashcraft about a year ago. Scratching my head & looking for some wisdom from you old-timers(ok-not old, just wise!). Many thanks as always...
