cool.looks like it moves along pretty good to.wish there was side shots of the motor though.thanks for sharing.

neato. seemed pretty zippy. what does "radial" mean, exactly? is that an engine temp dial on the front?

Yep, Evinrude built Wankel outboards for Racing but not very many and for only a few years. They were race only and not available to the public..

That Radial outboard is awesome. I've heard that Radials produce more thrust on the crank than a conventional engine due to the radial design and a power stroke every stroke within an entire 360' of the crank centerline. Don't know how true that is as I'm not an airplane mechanic

that is an oddity!! great exhaust note!!! ( wonder why a mfg like yamaha doesnt put one of those 12000 rpm crotch rocket engines on an ob?)
