Thinking down the road to install a stereo/ CD player. Any pointers?

I have two batteries. Main and the trolling motor battery. Which should it connect to?

Not hard at all but if you are cutting the hole then thats the hardest part but if you use the under dash kit its easy. find your power , ground, and then run your speaker wires to yous speakers and your all set but as for witch battery I would just look under your dash and tap into your fuse panal oor a power off your key switch that was there when the key is off so is your radio and it will be on the same battery all your acc are on.

DO NOT power accessories from the ignition switch. That's why a boat has a fuse panel.

++ run to fuse block, ground should be there too, I ran mine through acc switch on dash to shut on and off, and make sure the constant power lead has only 1 fuse (usually inline from wire harness), 2 steps down the voltage draw too much.
