Can anyone point me to the proceedures for the Joe Reeves Static Timing method? I have searched this forum and can't find it even though many others are referring to it.
I need to check timing on a 1987 200 hp which seams to run sluggishly. Thought possibly the timing is not advancing as it should. - Thanks in advance.
