hope i'm doing this right , new to forum , was just awarded a 77 cobalt has been under tarps outside for 25yrs.in illinois need service manual download link, have been trying from library but does not work any help would be greatly appreciated thanks much, frank ps i"m not the best on this computer i'm probably the problem.
